Well day one is mostly done, and I am hoping I can make it through this. I think it will be much easier now that I am including enough fats. For breakfast I had bacon and eggs, with butter on top, and kelp (instead of salt). I think I am going to struggle with the no salt thing. I love my salt. Then I went about 5 1/2 hours before having lunch. For lunch I had salmon and broccoli from last nights dinner. It felt like a lot of salmon for me. Then I ate a half of one piece of chocolate. That is my hardest time of day, cause I feel like I crave something indulgent – it must be a psychological/emotional thing. So then I ate dinner at around 5:45, a huge bowl of salad – I really did not feel all that hungry. And I just finished up a smoothie now at 7pm. It was strawberries, coconut milk, 2 egg yolks, and coconut oil. Now I am officially stuffed. I also took my regular supplements and drank 80 some ounces of cran water. (just in case anyone was wondering, P1D1 stands for phase one day one – which is terminology from Anne Louise Gittleman’s plan the ‘Fat Flush’)

In addition to what I ate, I jumped on the trampoline, did some lunges, did a wall squat for over a minute, and this other cool exercise for my core. I can’t describe it, so I will just post this cool video.

Hey , they seem like they’re into crossfit type stuff. Aaron likes crossfit. I usually cave on the chocolate too haha, but not this time!

Yeah it’s Crossfit I believe! I wonder if my gym has it………I am liking it!
