The main goal of my books will be to offer more nourishing recipes that use real food ingredients. Ingredients that are in their most natural state as well as their most absorbable state, such as pastured/grass fed meats, organic and local produce, good quality fats including animal fats from healthy animals, and fermented foods. If you are at all familiar with a Nourishing Traditions way of eating you will understand my food philosophy.
