New eBook; ‘Divine Dinners: Gluten-Free, Nourishing, Family-Friendly Meals’

by lydia on February 16, 2013

I am pleased to announce the release of my new eBook, ‘Divine Dinners: Gluten-Free, Nourishing, Family-Friendly Meals.‘  A few years back I put some concerted effort into developing a plethora of recipes to suit my new gluten-free lifestyle. Now I want to share those with the public in an easy to use format, digital and online. I had quite a fun time creating these recipes. Some were completely new ideas, while others were revamped recipes I had used previously. The goal of this book is to provide an array of dinner ideas for those wanting to eat healthier, watch their overall carbohydrate intake along with gluten free. I believe you will find many new family favorite recipes. I sure have!

Recipes feature wholesome real foods such as pastured/grass fed meats; healthy fats including pastured butter, lard & tallow, as well as coconut oil, cold pressed olive oil and sesame oil; fresh dairy from grass fed cows; along with healthier sweetener alternatives to refined white sugar.

This book includes over 80 recipes to help you make the transition to gluten free simple with real food in mind. No need for packaged gluten free products that are just as unhealthful as processed foods with gluten. Plus if you need ideas for pairing a main dish with sides there are plenty of suitable recipes and suggestions for sides in this book. Also, enjoy a few recipes that sneak in liver, a very nutrient dense food that many are not familiar with incorporating into healthful dinners.

You’ll find recipes such as Asian Infused Lettuce wraps paired with Sweet & Spicy Cucumber Salad, Skewered Lamb Meatballs with Tzatziki, Spice Rubbed Pastured Pork Chops with my Nourishing Broccoli Salad, Gravalax with Buckwheat Crepes and Hovmastarsas – Sweet Dill and Mustard Sauce, Brick Chicken with Heirloom Tomato Salad and much much more! Recipes so tasty even your gluten eating friends will enjoy!

*Note: There are no additional photos in the eBook at this time, other than the cover photos. I chose to do it this way to make it more printer friendly.
