21 Day Fitness Challenge: Are You In?

It’s that time again folks, time for another Divine Health Monthly Challenge. This month I’m inviting you all to join the challenge – please check out my facebook group: Divine Health Monthly Challenges. I’ve been feeling a little stifled these past 2 months. February will definitely do that to ya. I needed a challenge for myself more than anything and that is to get back at it with my interval training and strength training. I’ve been a bit boring with my exercise regime of late and need to dice it up again! Does that sound like you? Have the winter blues slowed down your game?

Take the 21 Day Fitness Challenge

Your mission should you choose to accept it, is to spend 21 days in the month of March getting sexy, fit and fabulous. You know what they say, it takes 21 days to make a habit. I want you to pick some form of interval based fitness regime and preferably include strength training as well. My goal will be 2-3 days of intervals, 2-3 days of strength training and 1 day of low and slow, such as yoga or just a hike. BOOM!

I will be posting Monday-Saturdays on the Divine Health Monthly Challenges facebook page, so make sure you join in order to get daily reminders, tips, links, videos and most of all encouragement and accountability!

Last year I hosted a few fitness related challenges. There was the squat challenge, which everyone loved. Perhaps that may be something you’ll want to include in your fitness regime. And finally, my favorite challenge was ‘The Kettlebell Challenge‘. I will definitely be using my kettlebells a lot more this month!

How cool – I actually wrote out a 30 day challenge for myself a few weeks ago. Today is the 15th day of my challenge in eating healthier and doing some sort of exercise daily. Unfortunately, I cheated on the healthy eating two days ago when my fiance wanted to take me out to dinner. But it was worth it to have the day to ourselves. But your monthly challenges sound fun! I’ll keep an eye out for next month’s challenge.
