It’s that time again folks, time for another Divine Health Monthly Challenge. February will definitely do that to ya. I needed a challenge for myself more than anything and that is to get back at it with my interval training and strength training. I’ve been a bit boring with my exercise regime of late and need to dice it up again! Does that sound like you? Have the winter blues slowed down your game?
Take the 21 Day Fitness Challenge
Your mission should you choose to accept it, is to spend 21 days in the month of March getting sexy, fit and fabulous. You know what they say, it takes 21 days to make a habit. I want you to pick some form of interval based fitness regime and preferably include strength training as well. My goal will be 2-3 days of intervals, 2-3 days of strength training and 1 day of low and slow, such as yoga or just a hike. BOOM!

Last year I hosted a few fitness related challenges. There was the squat challenge, which everyone loved. I will definitely be using my kettlebells a lot more this month!
