i have become gluten, dairy, soy and sugar intolerant because of damage from the antibiotic Cipro. Hoping this cookbook will help me have some nutritious variety in my new restricted diet.

I’m eating gluten free, dairy free & sugar free for about 6 weeks now. Starting to feel better than I have in years! Some recipe ideas would be nice to get my family switched over too!

I would love to win. I just started the gaps diet. I have Poly cystic ovarian syndrom and hashimoto’s thyroid, so I need to be gluten free!

I have been gluten free for about a year now and I have also been mostly dairy free for as long as i can remember. I find that corn is a huge substitute used in none gluten options and I would like to win this book so I can continue my journey of making and preparing healthy allergy free options.

First I was diagnosed with NCGS so I gave up gluten but was substituting the wheat flour with GF grains. At first that was enough but I started gaining weight and then was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The clinic where I was being treated had some recipes but were very limited and not all that palatable. So, I started gravitating towards paleo/primal bloggers and their recipes as these most closely resembled the diet the clinic had me on.

I have been suffering with herd, do not have a gallbladder. Pain below esophagus after eating. Pain in upper back between shoulder blades after eating. Gas, diarrhea , then constipation. Yellow stools when I have diarrhea . Acid reflux. Just started to juice. dr. Has me on acid blockers.
No difference to symptoms.
