Stress……something we all can relate to in our lives and not one of us can avoid either.
Just this past week I took part in a live internet radio show on Voice America, with host Teresa Jungling. She and I discussed the implications of stress on one’s adrenal health. How Can Stress Negatively Affect Our Health?
For one thing, it can deplete our body’s minerals. Minerals are like our ‘spark plugs‘ they essentially keep our ‘battery‘ charged and stress burns through them and unless we are replacing them through diet and/or supplements we won’t have the vitality/energy we need to function.
