The Vibrant Health Podcast: Episode #41 - A Farewell to Jessica // divinehealthfromtheinsideout.com

Today’s episode is fun and lighthearted as Jessica and Lydia discuss where they’ve been and where they are going over the last year and a half of producing The Vibrant Health Podcast.

Jessica has decided to step away from the show in order to open up more time to pursue new endeavors, so today’s episode will be the last with her. It was a bittersweet decision for her, but one that she knows is right as she steps into a new path and journey ahead.

For now, Jessica is going to be focusing on her business 20Dishes.com and growing their new Kitchen Advisor Program where they will work with individuals and communities across the country to help people eat real food and live healthier lives.

In 2017, Jessica will be going back to school to study mind body nutrition at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Her own struggles with body image, disordered eating, and mild depression has her excited to step into this new path and further her mission to help empower women to step into their most vibrant lives, free of fear and full of love.

Lydia has also been going through some transitions in her life and is excited about 2017 and where the new year will take her. She is focusing a lot more on personal development and helping her clients achieve the mind shifts that are so often needed for healing. She will be continuing on with The Vibrant Health Podcast after Jessica’s departure and is really looking forward to sharing a lot of exciting new content in the coming months.
