I was once in your shoes. In a world bombarded with confusion about what truly is healthy, it’s no wonder we can feel lost with no direction.

I am here to help. Through a holistic, science-based approach to wellness, I seek to help with a preventative, natural form of ‘health care’ by focusing on the foundations of what our very health is built upon. These are the biochemical foundations of our digestive system working optimally, our blood sugar being balanced & regulated, proper hydration, appropriate fatty acid balance and digestion, as well as mineral balance. It is my goal to educate and empower you to take control of your own health. I will help to determine whether any of your foundational systems are out of balance and work with you to help correct that through the use of nutritional assessments, dietary fine tuning, suggestions for supplements and lifestyle shifts, as well as help you to determine a fitness plan that is optimal for you. Keeping all in mind that each person, though fundamentally possess the same basic physiologic needs, there is quite a degree of uniqueness as well. With your bio-individual needs in mind, it is my goal to help you succeed in your health journey towards greater freedom through whole health, body, soul & mind.

I can help! I offer specialized one-on-one counseling for those that are looking to transform their health through dietary advice, learning cooking techniques, shopping guidance, as well as fitness inspiration and self-empowerment. These personal consultations are tailored to suit your specific needs and can be done over the phone or in person. I will work with you in person locally or long distance across the globe. I currently offer a first time 60 minute session. In these sessions you will receive a phone consultation, recorded consult session, email support, a food journal evaluation, a thorough nutritional assessment, helpful handouts, supplement recommendations for your specific needs, information, recipes, tips, cooking ‘how to’s’ and more. It is my passion to help you succeed in your journey to a revived, happier and healthier you!
