Through a holistic, science-based approach to wellness, I seek to help with a preventative, natural form of ‘health care’ by focusing on the foundations of what our very health is built upon. These are the biochemical foundations of our digestive system working optimally, our blood sugar being balanced & regulated, proper hydration, appropriate fatty acid balance and digestion, as well as mineral balance. It is my goal to educate and empower you to take control of your own health. I will help to determine whether any of your foundational systems are out of balance and work with you to help correct that through the use of nutritional assessments, dietary fine tuning, suggestions for supplements and lifestyle shifts, as well as help you to determine a fitness plan that is optimal for you. Keeping all in mind that each person, though fundamentally possess the same basic physiologic needs, there is quite a degree of uniqueness as well.
